We all have monsters to fight.

Some things are tougher to deal with than others. We all have our own struggles and battles, and some might seem impossible to win. Even if you’ve won a battle or two… maybe you can’t seem to win the war. What’s worse – some of these things we fight… other people can’t understand it. To them, it might as well be… some imaginary monster we’re fighting. Despite that, you can’t give upThere are people that get it… and that are rooting for you. Like us.

We’ve got our own monsters, too.

Yes, me and FitWife Megan have monsters we fight… frankly I think hers are a little harder to beat than mine. That’s why we’re talking about them. Now. On episode 49 of the podcast. We have a conversation that, honestly, was a bit difficult for Megan… but it’s important to talk about. Airing some of these things out, saying it out loud, and acknowledging it, whether in private with yourself or in a more public forum like we are can be an important and helpful “swing of the sword” in the fight against your monster.

So, my question to you: What’s YOUR monster? Comment and share, or email us at podcast@sothisisfitness.com. If you want to get a hold of FitWife Megan… just use the subject line “To The FitWife”.
