Every day we go about our lives with a certain understanding of how things are. We know what to expect. How things are typically going to go. What we can and can’t do – should and shouldn’t do. We know what to expect of our peers, too – all the same! Things that fall in the realm of the ordinary. So when someone does something out of the ordinary – we question them. We ridicule them. We call them (or the thing they’re doing) “crazy”.

But why?
