Sometimes… you just can’t hold it in.

Most days I have a lot on my mind. Things bug me, but I don’t always take up a whole podcast episode to get it out of my system.. Sometimes, though… I just have to let it out and talk about it. Today is one of those days. I saw something on my way to work the other day that just sent me flying.

Yes. a war. And today, I’m gonna tell you how to WIN. Today is all about letting you know how to win the war on apathy and ambivalence.

Isn’t it a little extreme to call this a “war”?

Y’know what? No. No, I don’t think so. I’m not gonna get all preachy on you… but trying to get people to spend time and money on their fitness… all too often it becomes a battle. And wars are made up of many battles. Follow my logic here?
