Run a marathon and change your life…

It’s no secret that I TRULY believe in the transformative power of running. When I go running for long enough I find my happy place, my mind can wander stress-free, and I can just… be. I realize it doesn’t work for everyone this way, but it does for me, and it does for many others. I’d love for more people to discover this… problem is, so many people out there don’t just think marathons are crazy… they simply think they’re not capable.

That’s why I’m so excited about this interview!

I was THRILLED to have Angie and Trevor of the Marathon Training Academy podcast on the show. Their whole “thing” is based around empowering you to run a marathon and change your life. Their SLOGAN is “you HAVE WHAT IT TAKES to run a marathon and change your life”. I absolutely love this, and I thought we had a great chat all about it.

It was really cool to get to know them a bit. We dug into their show, what the idea is, and what it’s all about… but we also got personal. We talked about how the show has influenced and directed their own personal lives. Angie and Trevor discuss not just their philosophies on running and coaching, but their own fitness, running, and life in general.
