This has got to be the single most frustrating thing that has happened to me in recent memory.For those who may not have read, I finished the Spartan Beast at Mt. Killington, VT (their World Championship course)...but long story short I broke my knee in the process....

Concerned you won’t get the same coaching, tips, pointers, and conversations we’d have in person? Don’t worry – there’s regular 1 on 1 or group coaching video calls, trainer tips
Best of all – you’re getting all this same coaching and benefit, but you can make use of it wherever you need to work out whenever you’re able to fit it in your schedule.
